4. Move Into Your Dream Home
You get the keys to your home with all legal paperwork signed in as little as 15 days from when we successfully crowdfund your home
5. Make a Fixed Monthly Payment
You pay a fixed monthly lease via our online platform. No need to visit the bank or any financial institution and stand in long queues.
6. Own Your Home in 5 Years
At the end of year 5, pay the balance in the form of a balloon payment and register the property in your name.
In case you still couldn't afford to pay the balance, you can either (1) apply for a home loan or (2) sell the property and capture all the capital gains.
