Third Party Fees
Your investment with CasaBayt will always be computed as net of third party fees, such as, but not limited to, bank charges, credit card company charges, or finance change by your financial institution or bank.
Withdrawal and Refund Fees
Any withdrawal or refund from your wallet towards a bank account or credit card might incur third party charges by the financial institutions. Those charges (if any) will be netted out from your withdrawal or refunds.
CasaBayt Fees (Charged to Investors)
Investment Admin Fee: We charge investors a one-time 2.5% (of invested amount) is charged when the deal is closed (i.e. the property is purchased on behalf of all the investors). This fee covers CasaBayt's admin costs and third party brokerage fees, where applies.
Returns Admin Fee: We get paid based on performance, which is when you get paid your returns. Our fees are 2% of the yield (the returns you earn) charged on the quarterly payout of your returns.
Capital Gain Fee: We charge investors a one-time 2.5% of the capital gains realized on selling the property. If we don't make you any profit in capital gains, we don't get paid. This fee applies to the gains realized, and not on the whole selling price of the property.CasaBayt - Footer
